Here’s everything you need to know about Sideline Shoppe shipping, our made-to-order production timeline (5–7 business days), tracking, multiple packages, and our returns, exchanges, and store credit policy.

When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep our collections intentional. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does shipping take after it ships?

Once your order is on the way, shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Sometimes, yes. Because our pieces are made to order and may be produced at different fulfillment locations, it’s normal for items in the same order to ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
You’ll still get tracking for each shipment, so you can follow everything as it moves.
Most commonly shipped separately: mugs and drinkware, hats, stickers, and certain accessory items.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Can I change my address after ordering?

If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Once an order begins production or ships, we may not be able to make changes.
What if I need a different size?

We’ve got you. If you need a different size, you have two options:
Option 1: Store Credit (recommended)
If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, we can issue store credit to use toward your correct size.
Option 2: Exchange
Exchanges may be available for unused items within 14 days of delivery, depending on item type and availability.
Important notes:
Customer is responsible for return shipping on size exchanges/credits
We can’t accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Some items (like drinkware and accessories) may be final sale due to production or packaging constraints
To start a size exchange or credit request, email support@sidelinesociete.com with your order number and the item you’d like to swap.
Do you accept returns?

Because most items are made to order, we don’t offer traditional refunds for sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Easy fix. If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
